general information

♦ I give you two options for stylizing the drawing - more like an “anime” style or more like semi-realism.♦ My art is constantly evolving, so there may be slight differences between the samples in my gallery and the actual work you receive (coloring method, composition, etc.). But you can choose from the gallery which style you like more and ask to draw your art in this style. (this is not extra).♦ As the author of the artwork, I own all rights to the artwork I create, so for example, I can use the image anywhere to promote myself, indicating that you are the owner. If you want, I can add a watermark to the drawing itself.

you аre not allowed

♦ Alter, modify or use my work for purposes not discussed at the time of order.
♦ Take credit for the work and remove my watermarks/signatures.
♦ Use any of my creations in any technology related to the blockchain, including NFT, cryptocurrency.

payment

♦ Payments via LAVA.TOP (PayPal), or Hipolink/Boosty (bank card)!
♦ I require full payment before I start work. Half prepayment is possible by agreement.
♦ I expect payment to be received within the next 2 days after we have agreed on the order. If you are unable to pay at this time, please let me know so we can discuss it.
♦ The payment plan is only available for prices above $300 (accordingly, I will draw part of the work only after payment for part of the order).

speed of work performance (terms and deadlines)

♦ I will try to finish your commission as soon as possible, however, please be patient with me. Estimated waiting time is 3-14 days from the start of work on your illustration. If you have ordered more than one illustration or something very complex, the waiting time will increase. I will stay you updated about progress of the work!
♦ I will always let you know if something happens and there is a delay with the art.
♦ If you need your order to be completed by a specific date (for example, the order is a birthday present for someone), you must indicate this.
♦ If you are not ready to wait for the usual deadlines, for an additional fee, you can get the finished work much earlier (on which day you need it).

changes during work

♦ After I send you the sketch, be sure to double check everything and let me know if anything needs to be changed!
♦ After the image is ready, I can make small changes, free of charge, such as color adjustments and/or adding small details that I may have forgotten. Any more serious changes (redrawing) will be carried out for an additional fee.

refund

♦ I can only get a 100% refund if I haven't started work on the sketch yet. As soon as I start the sketch, I can return 50% of the payment. Once I reach the line or paint stage, there will be no refund.

Characters with difficult designs are subject to an additional fee, which will be determined depending on their complexity, including lace, patterns, tattoos, jewelry, wings...♦ ADDITIONAL CHARACTER:

Pets, plush toys, weapons, and props in general may have an additional cost depending on their complexity.♦ DIFFICULT BACKGROUND:

Complex backgrounds such as flowers, decorations, rooms, landscapes are available for an additional fee.

o The base price includes: a full body view, a portrait, an additional short biography (you must provide it), a color palette and, if necessary, several details of clothing, eyes, hair, etc.
o +45$ for the back view.
o +25$ for each color portrait
o +45$ and above for character design (in fact, custom character creation based on your descriptions and references)
♦ Background: simple.
♦ Additions: it is possible to include weapons, important things, pets, etc. in the reference.

• commercial use

"Commercial use" means that the illustration WILL bring you profit, whether monetary, in the form of goods or to promote yourself, a YouTube channel, an online store, etc.

♦ WHAT IS CONSIDERED COMMERCIAL USE?
When art is the main part of the product, and you reproduce it or sell it.
Examples: pillows, mugs, postcards, goods, etc., which you produce in large quantities to make a profit.
In this case, the above prices are multiplied by x3!
